Breathwork

Guided breathing sessions in a small group, to help you slow down, release tension and feel more grounded.

£35 per group class

Overview

Using the breath to unwind

Breathwork means changing the pace and pattern of your breathing on purpose. Our guide leads you through a mix of slower, calming techniques and more active, connected breathing, then a period of rest.

Some people find breathwork brings up emotions or physical sensations such as tingling, light-headedness or warmth. This is common. You can slow down, return to normal breathing or stop at any time.

What people enjoy about it

  • Feeling calmer and more relaxed
  • A clearer, quieter mind
  • A short break from a busy day
  • Learning techniques you can use at home
