Discover a unique blend of science and mindfulness with our Red LED Light Yoga sessions. Practicing yoga under our advanced red light panels, designed to deliver targeted 600–800 nm red and infrared wavelengths, enhances every pose by working on skin, muscles, and connective tissue.

This powerful combination stimulates collagen production, improves circulation, and supports recovery — offering visible anti-ageing benefits, glowing skin, and deep wellness. Together with mindful movement and breath, it helps reduce stress, restore balance, and boost energy.

YOGA CLASS STRUCTURE

Our yoga sessions combine traditional practice with the refined wellness approach of LÀVIÉL. Each class integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and controlled sequencing to support strength, flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are intentionally limited to small groups to ensure personalised attention and a calm boutique environment.

FLOW (Vinyasa)

Fluid movement. Breath connection.

FLOW is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice linking breath and movement through continuous sequences. This class builds strength, flexibility, and balance while energising the body and improving mobility. Expect fluid transitions and a steady rhythm that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and revitalised.

BALANCE (Hatha)

Stability. Alignment. Control.

BALANCE is a slower, alignment-focused Hatha yoga practice designed to improve posture, stability, and body awareness. Through controlled movement and breathwork, this class strengthens the body while cultivating calm focus and mindful presence.

RESTORE (Yin)

Stillness. Release. Recovery.

RESTORE is a deeply restorative Yin practice focused on longer-held stretches that gently release tension in the muscles and connective tissues. This slow-paced session supports flexibility, relaxation, and nervous system recovery, leaving the body feeling lighter and the mind at ease.
