OVERVIEW
Your practitioner uses a sequence of fast, rhythmic and deeply relaxing techniques (gentle tapping, kneading, sculpting and lifting movements) across the face, neck and décolletage. The massage works with the facial muscles and supports circulation and lymphatic flow, helping to release tension, reduce the look of puffiness and bring a natural glow to the skin.
The ritual ends with a session of red light therapy for the face, a gentle, soothing light treatment that completes the experience and leaves your skin calm and glowing.

What to expect

Your practitioner then performs the Kobido massage across the face, neck and décolletage, adjusting the pressure and rhythm to your skin and comfort. The ritual finishes with red light therapy for the face, so you leave relaxed and glowing.
Aftercare
There is no downtime, and you can return to your day straight away. Drink plenty of water, keep your skincare gentle for the rest of the day and, where possible, avoid heavy make-up for a few hours to let your skin breathe. Regular sessions help to maintain the results.
