What to Expect in a Breathwork Session?

Arrival & Intention

You’ll be welcomed into a dimly lit sanctuary — cocooned in soft textures, with grounding scents like vetiver and cedarwood. A guide will walk you through the type of breath you’ll be using and help you set a soul-level intention.

Active Breathing Phase

Through a rhythmic, connected breath (lying down), your body enters an altered state. Emotions surface. Sensations arise. You may feel tingling, emotional release, or waves of clarity. This is the body remembering — and releasing.

Integration & Rest

The breath slows. Music softens. Your body is bathed in stillness. Here, you may feel a profound sense of emptiness — or fullness. Insights settle. You return, changed.
